Special Launch Price: £22 (Standard workshop rate £30) - as this is our very first public session in the cabin, we are offering an exclusive introductory rate! paces are strictly limited to ensure a wonderful, personalised experience.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to create with us! Because our workshop spaces are strictly limited to keep sessions cosy and relaxed, and because your custom wooden project kits are prepared in advance, we operate under the following booking policy: 1. Booking & Payment Securing Your Seat: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in a workshop. Confirmation: Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your workshop details, studio directions, and arrival times. 2. Cancellations & Transfers We understand that life happens and plans can change! If you need to amend your booking, our policy depends on how much notice is given: More than 7 days’ notice: You can transfer your booking to a future workshop date free of charge, or receive a full refund. 48 hours to 7 days’ notice: We are unable to offer a direct refund at this stage because your custom project materials have already been prepared. However, we will happily transfer you to a future workshop date. Less than 48 hours’ notice (or No-Shows): Regrettably, bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be refunded or transferred, as it is incredibly difficult to fill the seat at such short notice. 💡 A Friendly Alternative: If you cannot make it at the last minute, you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place! Just drop us a quick email to let us know who will be taking your seat.
